Information and Broadcasting Minister Zahir Uddin Swapan has said Bangladesh is not currently facing any energy crisis despite global uncertainties surrounding key fuel supply routes such as the Strait of Hormuz.
Speaking at a press conference marking one month of the BNP-led government, the minister said the global energy situation remains volatile, as a significant portion of the world’s fuel supply passes through the Strait of Hormuz.
